DMV Reopenings You Can’t Miss This Summer

If you’re from the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area, you’ve experienced the lack of entertainment options due to quarantine. After COVID-19 cases rose last year, the area shut down, closing entertainment venues.

However, as of May 1, with more and more citizens being vaccinated each day, reopenings have begun. You deserve to get out and enjoy live music and the arts. Don’t miss out on these DMV reopenings and events!

Explore DC

DC is rich with arts and culture experiences. For DC residents, you’re lucky to experience a wide range of DMV entertainment reopenings. There are many experiences available to you this summer such as live music, museums, and art galleries.

  • The Kennedy Center. The Kennedy Center is reopening and expanding to allow 50 guests for live performances.

  • Pearl Street Warehouse. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday performances have restarted at the Pearl Street Warehouse, with both indoor and outdoor seating to allow for more guests.

  • Union Stage. Union Stage has reopened with a capacity of 35 guests, or the choice to experience their groundbreaking online performances.
